Transformation of a historic former gunpowder mill into a new cultural hub located along the River Wandle in Earlsfield. The height of the buildings vary from two to eight storeys and its  layout comprising two main forms, one addressing the river, the other the railway, both orientated to avoid single-aspect north-facing rooms.Drytech installed the external facade using a lightweight Steel Framing Syst em (SFS) with a calcium silicate sheathing board and a Wraptite vapour barrier
